The credits for this plug-in goes completely to Swisslizard.
This is a slightly modified version, that will give more hits on tables for the led matrix .
It shows a default effect when no matching can be done
Copy the DLL in the zip to your pinballx\plugins.
Run PluginManager.exe from your pinballX directory to enable/configure the plugin

Added some extra log lines, when a led matrix doesn't show anything.
This could be that the table doesn't match a rom that is setup in DOF
Or the table doesn't have an 'PF Back PBX MX ' setup in DOF (or some other cases. -
Added rom matching.
Will first check if the table has a rom in the XML file and will check if this rom matches .
This give better hits for tables with multiple roms, Like ACDC.
When using Databasemanager, the ROM will automaticlly populated from the VPT and VPX file
For this I added DiceCoefficient fuzzy search to the plugin for better matching -
When no matching table is found, it will default to the "PinballX MX" table withing the DOF config that will show the PinballX animation
This can be changed in the DOF config tool and set it to your own effect
Prerequisite :
- Update your DOF with the config file from the 15th of January to have this functionality as well
Thanks to @arngrimfor adding an entry within DOF called 'PINBALL MX' and to add my modified DirectOutputShapes.xml and DirectOutputShapes.pmg to the download of the DOF config.
Now fonts of 8 height can be used to show better on an display with 8 leds heights or equivalent)
Use the SHPLetterlarge within DOF for this font

All is possible via @swisslizard who build all of this. I just added some extra features as the source was available
