Reporting issues or problems

Just a few quick requests to all - please try to look through the threads (especially after a new version is released) to see if someone else has already reported the same or similar issue and post your response in that thread. The exception would be if the thread has been dead for a few months or years - this is where common sense should tell you it is likely a new issue!

Also, if you resolve your issue using the advice given to you for your issue or find another workaround that fixes it, please post a response in the thread you started. This gives back to the community valuable information for fixing the issue going forward and program enhancements from Tom and/or Ben that may prevent it from happening again.

And, as always, please refer to the How to Ask for Help for the information we may need to provide prompt and courteous assistance!
