4 player roms in default list

When setting Gameex to only show one version of each game is there anyway to change the settings for what version is selected?

I'm wondering if I can set it to choose 2 player versions where possible? Some of the 4 player versions work fine but others like gauntlet, tmnt etc lock the character to the player number and so for my 2 player cabinet the 2P versions play better. I was hoping I could use the 'show 4 player games' option to delete them but some dont seem to have a 2 player version so is my best option just to go through the games in the 4 player list one by one?
