Namco System 12 EMU

I would like to play Soul Calibur Arcade ver and Point Blank 2 cant find a Namco System 12 EMU other than ZiNc and it only plays system 11 as far as I can tell.

MAWS is a good source for roms because it also tells you what other emulators play the game besides MAME. It doesn't list any for these particular roms unfortunately. That being said, the solution might have to be to use the console versions of these games unless someone knows of an emulator that I'm not aware of.

I thought it was playable in MAME. Also I thought the dreamcast port was quite good.

Both these games driver status are listed as imperfect. While they might be playable (never tested these), they may have problems.

ya I am just trying to move away from dreamcast emu on my cab as I want the feel of the arcade insert coin high scores ect

I will just wait till it is working in MAME 100%

There are some glitches in the game with MAME. Here is a youtube clip for our viewing pleasure.

Clip is a year old, maybe there have been more advances in the driver. I personally don't play this game on my cab.

only way to play soul calibur is on demul,and it would have to be the dreamcast version not what you wanted to hear sorry but for right now,its the only way

^^me too! Having one makes it hard to be motivated enough to actually set up an emu for it.

I do rock me some Space Channel 5 and Gauntlet Legends from time to time!

Dreamcast rocks! I have a 36" TV in the game room just for Dreamcast so I can play some HOTD!
