Custom lists

Is there any way to have use custom lists and still have a favorites list?

Custom Lists or Custom Menus? I believe you can have Favorites with either.

Custom lists.when i had a custom list of nintendo arcade games they appeared under their own tab,like mame original games and such,but they were in my favorites list as well
