Hmm Black Screens?

I've gone through the advanced config, mame runs fine, plays the game, then when you press esc, the screen goes black, i get a mouse pointer and thats it, no GAMEex?

Have i missed somethign stupid or is this a problem?

It's not a known problem. Please post your GameEx log after this has happened.

All I can suggest right now it trying a different MAME build.

I also notice your running Windows Server, that could possibly be the problem, but dont know for sure.
