gameex wont go in to window mode

when i change the settings to open in window mode using Setup Wizard, Advanced Configuration and manually editing it wont change it stays in full screen mode

This can happen if you disable window controls or are running at 640x480 or below.

i normaly run at full screen 800x600 because my tv accepts that through its vga connection

what it seams like is that it won't sane the setting to the .ini file

to switch to window mode i had to switch while gameex was running
