How to disable escape only in the main menu of game-ex?

Hi Guys,

i like escape - only when quitting games. However is there a disable escape in the main menu of game-ex so it doesn't exit it to windows?

IF so how do i go about setting this up in game-ex?

There is an option for it somewhere. I believe under Enable/Disable.

Exactly where Tom suggested. On Enable/Disable Features on the 2nd page. The setting is Disable Escape Key. It needs to be set to Yes in your case. This setting is in the same place in both configuration programs.

but this wont disable escape when going back menus in game-ex right?

I just dont want it to escape to windows thats all...

If it does rerun the set up wizard, choose advanced and a couple of screens in you'll get to the key configuration options. I've got mine set up to use player 1 buttons 1 and 2 for select and back so you should be able to set them to what ever buttons work for you. Although if its working now thats probably the default.

That is correct. This setting just keeps from exiting GameEx back to windows explained in the about button of that feature quoted here:

Disables exiting of GameEx with the Escape Key.
