Possibly, try: In windows, open the display properties tab. (From the desktop, right click, go down to properties and a menu will pop up) In the settings tab, check to see if your TV is the primary monitor. If not, switch it. I was having problems a while ago with fullscreen video popping up on the wrong monitor, and that fixed my issues. Just a suggestion. Hope it helps.
