Config GameEX through Remote

Would it be possible to have GameEX work while using Windows remote tool. I can make changes to the configs and such but as you know GameEX.exe will crash. now, I know it's something to do with the Screen/Video Rendering but I can start some other EMus/games while I remote to my machine.

There are many things I'm trying but I just can't test them.

Im not sure if your referring to remote desktop? I would think it would be ok if GameEx is windowed on windows 7. Otherwise UltraVNC generally works best when using directx apps. Its because GameEx uses Direct3D which mostly is not compatible with remote desktop, uness windowed on windows 7. Emulators will probably work if not using Direct3d.

Yea I remote to my computer and try to run GameEX.exe and it always fails. I get this error and it looks like it has to do with D3D or something. Everything is fine until here:

So it never loads. I'm using built-in Windows remote tool. I will try ultraVNC, when I get a chance. I'm on XP-64bit.
