Displaying cartridge art thumbnails instead of text list

I am trying to setup GameEx to use cartridge artwork (in Assets\%My Console Type Here%\Cartridges) instead of text for my game listing, but must be doing something wrong.

In the Advanced Configuration utility under Display Settings I set Display Image/Video List to YES.

In the Cartridges folder I placed the Cartridge Art (JPEGs) named the same as the ROM file name.

I've searched through the FAQ and the Forum and haven't found an asnwer. What are my doing wrong?

Well... I halfway figured it out. Some themes don't display thumbnails :). Is there anyway to change the sizing of the thumbnails (cartridges for N64 are not square, but rectangular). Is the thumbnail sizing console specific? I figure there must be a config file somewhere...

I thought that was all theme-specific... And if I'm not mistaken, you can change the preview size on each emulator's page. Maybe that's not accurate... I know that GameEx will do an auto-resize to fit the assigned space.
