It works here, what version are you using. You need T12/2 I believe.

t11 or t12 game will load and all I get is a black screen also I have to setup the time twice for some reason.

T12/2 is an important revision because CLI was added. EG, naomi.exe "[rompath]\[romfile]" Before that version you need a loader to write to the cfg file, similar to the way NullDC works.

using t12 and still getting a black screen. I am now trying null dc naomi and getting error 22? only thing I can run is nullDC (Dreamcast)

For Dreamcast NullDC & Demul. For Naomi, Demul. I can't get anything out of Makaron but a black screen for either DC or Naomi. NullDC Naomi I can't get past error 22 on booting.
