For some strange reason when I run Quake 2 thru GameEx it runs ok, but when I exit the game it returns to my desktop and never back to GameEx. I have to click on the GameEx icon on my taskbar for it to return. Quake and Wolfenstein 3D don't do that. I can't figure out why?

There is probably ore than one process being launched. Use an advanced config to specify any extra processes to close.
