GameEx and Eventghost

Here's a random one.

I'm using Eventghost ( http://www.eventghost.org/ ) to map the IR commands of my universal remote to keystrokes. So, when I push *UP* on my remote control, the up arrow key on the keyboard is simulated being pressed.

Works great in Windows Explorer but as soon as I get into GameEx and try it... nada.

Any thoughts as to why GameEx can't respond to these virtual commands?

Possibly, if your using custom keyboard controls, as this uses directinput. Are you using custom keyboard controls?

I did map the GameEx default keyboard commands to custom ones. Is that what you mean?
