Is there a program that I can use to bulk delete roms that Mameui identifies as being bad? I can see them in the list of non working roms but no way to delete them. I keep running into roms that wont play and just as well get them off my menu. Any suggestions?

You should be able to filter non working roms with GameEx. Look at the options under Advanced MAME settings.
