Gameex can't show Chinese songs' title in media center toolbar

Everytime i play a Chinese song, the media center toolbar only shows "???" letter so i really don't know which song it's playing. The song's title show correctly in Windows Media Player but not in Gameex. Check the image for more detail (the "???" in red squre mark). Anyone please help!
