I'm trying to keep the exact same GameEx settings from my previous system. What files do I need to copy to the new system other than Gameex config.ini? Also, am I better using MAMEUI64 or the command line version of MAME?

Thanks.

Your best bet is to copy the entire directory from the XP machine. Then, install to the new machine so you know where it goes (Program files x86 I think)...you can skip this step if you already know where to put it. Then, copy your old setup over the newly installed one. Finally, run the installer one more time to make sure the new install has everything updated as needed by GameEx.

You don't need everything, but it's easiest to do it this way.

It shouldn't. The auto-update feature that's a built-in registered user feature basically just downloads the installer and runs it over top of the current install location. It's designed to work this way.
