HTML applications not working

I am attempting to get an html application to work with GameEx and have not had much success! I have enabled it in the GameEx configuration program and specified the web address (http://weather.yahoo.com/united-states/tennessee/gatlinburg-2409305/). I've also added a menu choice using the custom menu tool.

When I attempt to launch it, it tries to run and then throws the log information contained in the attached file. I did just update DirectX to the latest available version with no success.
