Hey, all. I've just purchased the full edition of GameEx and updated to the latest version, but am having trouble getting the Jukebox to recognise new songs in my music folder. Is there an option to force a manual update? GameEx is set to recognise songs by tag, and I've checked the FAQ and tried searching this forum to no avail (although the forum search ain't that great - if I search for something like "music list manual update" it seems to use OR rather than AND, returning results with any of the four words). Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

-CavemanJoe

Hi, I need to improve this in GameEx. It should work, but to fix it, delete all the .dat files with juebox in the filnemae in the data folder. These are cache files, and deleting them will make Gameex rescan.

Yes the search on this forum does suck. Always has. I used to jump through a couple hoops to search it with google before Tom put a dedicated google search box on. But since the upgrade it has not returned.

Save the following link to browser. Click it then in the search bar after the site add a space and your search terms.

Hopefully I can get the google search back. The new version of the forum, doesnt make it obvious how you do stuff like that.
