Roms and Deleting roms from List

if you remove the roms from the list (pressing DEL) will these stay off when I update GameEx?

I don't want to update only to find my rom list has been reset. I can only assume to reset the list I would need to run the UPDATE LIST.

This does not refer to other emulators right? Only to the MAME list?

well i was only asking towards the mame game rom list - so i believe you can only delete the roms (from list only not actually deleting them) on the mame list and not the other emulator rom lists?!

I whole heartedly agree! It's nice to see such quick and dedicated response. That's a rarity in software.

So here's the next natural question. If the games don't come back with an "Update List" trigger, how can you get them back if you want them in your list again?

Glad to see it only deletes from the list and not the actual rom. This will avoid many problems...

It actually adds the removed files to a filter field. Its in the config app both for MAME and emulators. Just clear at the filed with a blank and save.
