X arcade problems

Hello,

I have an x arcade tankstick that works fine in gameex but when i use it through MAME ( Mame +) The up button on the first joystick will not work.

Any ideas?

on my computer i have more than one version of mame installed, but that has always been the case. Everything has worked fine for weeks, one day this problem arose out of nowhere

Then I would suggest that the version of Mame that you are running on it's own, is not the same version that you have setup in GameEX. Check your paths, and if you have the version of Mame setup in GameEx that you want to use in GameEx, then enter the Mame UI Menu (Use the {Tab} key), and check your inputs there.

I also have an X-Arcade controller, 2 Player no track ball. With MAME, I have to use the hotrod control configuration or else I run into some control problems myself. Give that a try and see if it works.

on my x-arcade i'm using the button layout for x-arcade and there are no issues with any button. the only thing that is a bit strange is when i use my keyboard it sometimes sends random button while writing something... x-arcade is a great product! it seems like the buttons and sticks are just unbreakable! awesome quality!
