Error: Index was outside the bounds of the array

We purchased an arcade cabinet game system from a bar yesterday that runs GameEx. It worked fine last night but when we woke up this morning and started it up we got this error:

10:19:43.8 ERRORS DETECTED: EXITING

10:19:43.8 Index was outside the bounds of the array.

10:19:44.2 at w.e()

10:19:44.2 at w.as()

Any thoughts?

Im not happy someone was using GameEx in a bar, especially if it is using unlicensed roms. However, Ill try and help.
