delete all exlcuded roms?

is there a tool or something, wich can delete all roms in the filterlist from the mame rom folder?

Because I deleted about 1000 roms IN Gameex ( xD ), but now they were still played with the random game option.

or is there an option in gameex to ignore the excluded games completely??

You can do this in the advanced configuration tool. Under Advanced MAME settings and for the emulators there will be a text field that contains the filtered roms. just delete the contents of it.

Ill look into making sure there not included in random game.

EDIT: I just checked and any filtered MAME games should not play via random game. Are you sure its random game and MAME your talking about?
