mameppk 0.119 issue

When using other mame version this is not an issue. However, when I use mameppk 0.119 gameex can't update the listinfo.dat past25% ....just gets stuck.

I have even copy / paste other version of mame listinfo.dat and verify.dat and would work unless I add a game and need to update the dat file ... the the above happens again. I really want to use this version if possible.

Not possible, and not going to be. Sorry. The only way is the solution you have found.

This also breaks the forum rules just so you know. I know kaleira is nice, but it breaks the MAME license, upsets MAME devs, and brings the wrong kind of attention.

Sorry Tom, I didn't want to break the rulz here .

I honestly don't even use the Kaillera client. I just liked that version, nothing more. It is good for others to know that it is not viable though. Also, since my last post I found MAME32UI version 0.133 which works nicely.
