Hi,

I have gameex in my arcade cabinet, using ArcadeVGA. It's been working nice since almost 2 years now, but after the last auto-update, it's not going very far. Here's my error log:

I looked at the resolution, but I don't see anything changed (only rotate display was now set to 90, wich I did not enter myself, but now I put to NO).

Thanks for your help!

I don't know what the problem is. I would try disabling any plugins to see if it's related to a plugin system change.

I do not use any pluggins... I'll take a look to see if any is called by the program.

Usually, what is the next thing loaded after the pluggins?

Sometimes it helps to download GameEx, and install it yourself...

I tried already to install it myself, with no luck. Maybe doing a complete uninstall, then reinstalling would do the job but it's not my favorite solution :)

Looking at your log and all the log I saw, it's crashing at Running Randomize(). Any idea?

go to C:\Program Files\GameEx\CONFIG

Rename Gameex.INI to Gameex.INI.Bak

rename Gameex.default to Gameex

try to launch it again. This will effectivly be like runniung a new install and will tell us if your INI is messed up.

Also, you wouldn't do an uninstall, just install over the top of the existing folder. GameEx Shouldn't mess with your settings, but I always backup my GameEx folder first. At the very minimum, make a copy of your GameEx.ini.

Try what Brian said first.
