GameEX, GENS and Snaps

Im having a problem with GameEX; I cant take snaps or run games under GENS. I have everything set right; I think... I have tried various settings and none seem to work. When I run a game it acts like its loading.. goes to a black screen.. then right back to GameEx.. when I try to do snaps.. it just closes GameEX and boots me back to windows. Please help!!! Im really trying to make snaps for my Genesis games.. screenshot archieve has a diff. goodnames than mine.. and I really just want to make a "clean" set. PLEASE HELP!!!

I've never had a problem with my GENS, so heres my code if you want to use it, change it, whatever.

One other thing if you set Gens to open full screen. Then on the config you can change Show Desktop = False . So the desktop stays hidden.
