I've been playing with the custom menus today.

I noticed that if I add the "All Games List" to a menu, then the first item in the menu (regardless of what it is) will become the All Games List, and the actual All Games List becomes shaded out.

For example, I had Mame first, then a bunch of emulator menus, and finally All Games at the end. The result was that Mame (still labelled as Mame) would load the All Games List. The actual All Games List at the bottom was shaded out.

Moving the All Games List to the very top of the menu solved the problem.

Would appear to be a minor bug, but it could be my setup. Could someone verify on their setup, please?

Also, a very minor thing in the custom menus -- the add a blank line feature is super awesome. However, I don't like that the actual blank line is still navigable. I think the selection cursor should skip to the next line with an actual menu option on it. Could you consider, Tom, making it skip blank lines?

I agree with this, except I think it should just show a gap in the menus, instead of a blank menu item. Does that make sense?

Also, when rearranging emulators with the setup wizard, it messes up eveything in the custom menus. So now when I go to Nintendo 64 in the menu, it takes me to Future Pinball. sad.gif

Currently re-doing my custom menus...

I'm also confused about the "Title" box under "Item/Menu properties". It would appear that you should be able to set a title here for every item, but if I change the title for one item in a menu, it changes the title for every item in the menu. If you are only able to set this for each menu, then you should set the title for the menu, then when you go to an item in that menu, this should be grayed out, with the title shown for the menu.

Now, are you confused as well? smile.gif
