I've been screwing around in GameEx trying to get it to work, the reason i'm not using Project 64, is that with this particular laptop Project 64 is stuttering way too much on me, even with the same plugins as 1964. I'm able to get smooth game play out of the 1964 emulator, and quite frankly 1964 feels a bit better built in comparison to P64.

Anyway, I don't think the command line for Project 64 works with 1964, even after adjusting the exe name in the command line.

Are we not allowed to use 1964 with command lines? Can someone shed some light on the subject it's driving me bonkers, when

I used the P64 command line and change the exe name to 1964.exe all it does is pop open the 1964 gui and no game.

Please help me out guys

Thanks! !

Here is an earlier post on this topic that might help. I don't have experience with the command line in the post because I use Project 64:
