I posted this in the suggestion thread but seems like things may get over looked in there lol so im making a topic about this here, sorry if that seems dumb...

Ok not sure if its possible or if its been suggested already... But i was wondering in you could make gameex have a option in the emulator setup that would force a emulator to run in a 4:3 aspect ratio? Some emulators have a option to run in 4:3 but most do not... Its a pain when i have to switch the aspect on my TV to 4:3 when playing the old school games on the wide screen... Or when i take my setup up to someone else s house and there wide screen don't have a option to change the aspect then everything is always stretched out... Thanks! And keep up the great work Tom! was well worth the cash to register my copy long ago!

which emulators don't have the option to do 4:3?... I use my setup on my HDTV and everything is perfect.. mame, nes, snes, genesis and n64 all go 4:3 with no issues.

Those are all 4:3 by default. Is the issue that you want to display them as 4:3 on an HD output (meaning you need bars on the side)? I'm not familiar with PC -> HDTV output, so I'm asking as much to understand as anything else...

If the emulator has an option to do so, it could be passed at the command line via emulator configuration. If the emulator does not, I don't see how GameEx would be able to alleviate that limitation.
