game music on epsxe?

So i just tried out epsxe for the first time with twisted metal 2, and it runs great, looks great but there is no in game music. The file i got was an img file. How can i get the music to play in game as well?

Open up ePSXe. Goto Config then to Sound

Check Enable Sound, Enable CDDA and Enable XA sound. Do not enable SPU IRQ hack

ok there are no options under sound other than 'enable sound' do i have to install a certain plugin? i'm using 1.7.0

i guess it was just the iso cause other games have in game music.. i will try to get the game from somewhere else.
