Plugin for Gameex wanted!

Hi,

many people (and me) are using a Quadro Games cabinet with a rotating screen. A member from the arcadeinfo.de forum build a little hardware to rotate the screen automaticly via parallel port of the pc like

There is no chance to use this nice thing with gameex, because the plugin exists only for mala. Many others and me would like to use gameex, so it would be nice, if anyone could build a plugin for gameex,

because I can´t, I am mechanic and stupid with software
