10.04 lost many of my images

I noticed last night that I was missing many images for my titles, snaps, etc... for some of my emulators.

It's more related to the images that are named 'close enough' to the ROM name, and not the ones that are an exact match.

Example:

B-17 Bomber (mattel) (1980) is the rom name.

B17 bomber is the name I had for the snap, box, and cart.

Before upgrading to 10.04, these would all display fine, since upgrading nothing displays unless it's an exact match.

Rather than me have to rename everything again, is there something in the new build I can adjust via an ini file, or the GUI?
