Spam PM?

This user "mignulikz" sent me a link that seems to be spam. The link says "Please help". Is this a bot?

I got a message from the maker of the software forum, saying someone has written a spam bot script. The Recaptcha system has appararently NOT been hacked, and Invision have released a patch for PM flood control. If the problem persists ill install it.

Yeah, I got the message to. Clicked on the link but closed the webpage before it loaded. Whenever I see .ru at the end, I'm like, forget that.
