Does every game appears on one list, I have configured the MAME and Winkawaks, but I need to merge into a single list all the games, anyone can help me?

There is an "All Games" list feature in GameEx, that will do this if you access it. Emulator groups currently cant include MAME. Although seeing your post I can see there is a need for it, and will include that feature in the next release.
