Can I use the virtual drive with these games or If i get another external hard drive

Can I unzip them(bin,cue files)

Ive never messed with iso's (except playstation games)So

Ive got no ideal what Im about to get into!!!!!!!

Would anyone know the best place to get emulators for these systems?

Well...

First off, GameEx *should* be able to use its own Virtual drive now if I'm not mistaken.

I use Sega CD via Fusion, and it loads bin/cue files without need to mount the images.

I'll leave these other questions up to the more seasoned users.

All these systems will run fine. You can use the new VirtualCloneDrive support and some of these will even mount the image via the emulator. Tom pretty much has these configs setup so you'll be able to import the suggested settings needed to run these systems. If not then post which system you're having problems with and we'll get you going.

Yes, you should be able to run these. No, I don't know how since I'm just starting with my Saturn stuff. You can find pretty much any emulator you need at http://www.emulator-zone.com/

Thanks,

Im not going to put all these games on my cab, just the ones I play

I just want to make as easy as possible bacause Im not that computer smart!!

can you direct me to the configs you mentioned above?

Thanks in advance

Using GameEx Advanced Configuration:

Choose an emulator slot and select the config you want using the dropdown box. Then click on import.

Using GameEx Setup Wizard:

Select Custom mode. Then Emulator Selection. Choose one of the configs and click on the Left arrow to import.

These configs have the suggested command-lines. Once imported, please change paths to match your needs and you're good to go.

Well I figure this is where I should ask this question, I imported the Sega cd fusion cfg, but when I try and run the sega cd side of it through game ex (it works standalone no problem) it lists all my games but when I go to launch it doesn't do anything....? Crashes right back into gameex. Like I said I can open the bin or cue file in windows through fusion and play the games no problem, I just can't seem to get game ex to launch them nicely...? Anyone else using fusion could you show me what you did to get your sega cd games to work? My files are a virtual clone drive file, a bunch of the associated mp3's, most have a bin, and or a cue file associated as well, all in one folder... Hope that helps

Thanks in advance!
