Unicode bug in GameEx Database

Hi

I just noticed a bug in the latest version of gameex.

non US characters seems to not be rendered correctly in gameex interface.

I tried the [Console] NEC TurboGrafx CD DB.

The game is Ys Book 1 & 2.

The word animé in the description is rendered as 'untranslated' UTF-8 characters. (read �© )

so I see anim�©

the MDB file itself looks ok, so the problem seems to be in gameex itself.

This is fixed for the next release.
