Changing Default Menu Order

By default, the GameEx menu looks something like this:

MAME

Random Game

Last Game Played

Emulated Games

Multimedia

[etc...]

I am aware that some of these items can be re-labeled and removed through the advanced setup.

However, is there any way to change the order/presence of items in the menu?

I'd really like something like this:

Multimedia

Games

--MAME

--Snes

--[etc.]

Many times! I think this is something Tom mentioned working on for the next version of themes. However, I don't know how active that development is.
