Happy New Year All

I have a small problem with ZNES & Gamex, after playing a game the game list shows 2 of that game, From what I can tell it seems to be putting a history file in the rom list, I can fix it by deleting that file (eg: F-Zero (J).srm ) what setting do I need to change to fix this?

Thanks ;)

Are you talking about the short list of recently played games at the top of your game list? This can be turned off in the emulator setup in either the Advanced Configuration tool or the Setup Wizard. Do not delete the file or you won't be able to play it!

.srm files are your save games.. These somehow are being saved in your rom dir.

quick solution to double entries is to set the gameex emu setup to only look for .sfc (if sfc files are what you are using?)

otherwise, check zsnes settings and change the default save file destination if possible?
