Any need for a GameEx Fun/Fluff Forum?

Just a note to all, is there any demand for a flun/fluff forum just to goof off about GameEx, gaming, any old crap, say whatever you like, and not get me ranting at minus4 ? All I am getting at is I dont want too much of that on this GameEx forum, but Ill happily setup something Like a GameEx Fun/Fluff forum or something. This would be the Serious Stuff Forum. with an aim to being more construcitve and productive (although not completly stiff ). What's everyone thoughts?

You know, something like that might not be too bad. Could also be somewhat of a help forum for people discussing different emulators without having to say go see xxx forum for help. Also good for discussing favorite games, etc.

nahh i TBH like it the way it is now ...

we some there try alot to help as much as we can with differents problems and trying to reproduce the errors ect ect..

i would say dont take it serious there are still alot people there does alot for others trying to help and not only wants help

if a new forum would be opened i think a "Gossip" forum could do the trick where people can say all kinda gossip

I was thinking maybe split it all up into relevant parts. A GameEx stuff forum, an emulator stuff forum, a theme forum, maybe a project (cabs running GameEx) forum, as well as a fluff forum.

yeah the only bummer with having lots of categories is: you have lots of people posting in the wrong ones..

I'd say yes, create a coffee house type of forum. I think the need for it will be inevitable as your userbase grows. You might move the arcade cab discussion there, too, to keep the focus here more on GameEx and GameEx support.
