How can I tell Game Ex to select a certain emu for model 2? I want to use the dual core version but I see I can only select a path in Game Ex for Model 2.

Should I just delete the regular version and rename the dual core version?

GameEx does this automatically. It will automatically use the dual core version if you have more than one core/cpu.
