colors messed up

so i had gamex working great on my computer i normally use. i was testing it on another computer i am using for my cab and the colors are all messed up. looks like they are washed out or something. the games work fine when booted up with MAME32, but when i load them with gameex, they are messed up. what could be the problem? i am running it on a compaq presario, 2.4 ghz, 512 mb ram. i also changed the color on the properties to 16 instead of 32, but still didnt work.

what happens when you define the resolution inside gameex. go to gameex setup => display settings => let gameex handle resolutions.

if it's switched on, switch it off or try changing the values to 800x600 or 1024x768
