Game Videos no longer working in 9.45

I just updated my cab to GameEx vers. 9.45 from 9.43 and none of my videos are playing. In 9.43 they worked for MAME and all other emulators. I made no other changes except the update. When I change the interface view to the full screen videos, they work fine, but I want them to only run in the small snap box. I also checked all the options in the config, and everything seems ok to me. Here is my log file, any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

Hi Tom, thanks for the fast reply.

I just reinstalled 9.45, and now the videos will not play in the full screen view either.

what is displayed is the snap for the game instead of a video in the box.

I tried a number of themes, the videos do not work with any of them for MAME and all the other emus except Daphne.

The videos work fine for the Daphne games - with any theme.

Tom, here is something weird.

I let my cab sit with the first game on my mame list highlighted. It went into the screen saver (which played previews from my favorites list), and when I hit a button and it came back to the game list, the game that was previously highlighted video was working! It was the only video that was working on the list though. I then tired it again with a different game, it sat there highlighted with no video, went into screen saver, I hit the button, and that game's video is now working. Hope this information helps figuring this out, thanks!

I tried restarting GameEx, and the 2 games that had working videos no longer work. I have to go through the same process again to get a video to work.

FYI, I reverted my cab back to my backed up copy of 9.43 and everything works perfectly once again.

FYI - still no Wave Runner (or Last Bronx) in Model 2, but Motor Raid is listed and working now.

This probably isn't going to be much help, but did you try putting the roms in the do not filter list? Nice avatar btw!

Yes, they are all listed in the do not filter list just in case that is needed.

No problem! Hmm that's odd I checked it on my cabinet as well and they're not showing up for me either I'm sure someone will help you out! I'm interested in having this fixed as well
