Sorry to ask so many questions when new to the forum, I have read heaps but cant find any help on the topic. It seams like im getting stuck on the easy stuff and I have everything else working fine.

When I load Game Ex on my home PC to test the set up its like a button on my key board is stuck down and just selects the first thing on the menu and then starts the first game. This is happening on the install on my hard drives that are going into my game machine, when I did the install on my normal home PC hard drive it was like the back key was stuck but that sorted itself out when it did the auto update once I registered however it didnt fix it on this install. Im just using the ps2 keyboard and no I-Pac or anything like that. The install on my game machine worked no worries until I had a seperate issue that I think I have sorted.

Any ideas would be great and thanks for the previous help.

Sorted this one out. I have a RC helicopter simulator that I use on my home PC and when the sticks on the USB controller are in a certain position Game Ex was seeing that as an input. Found it when I installed the simulator on my game machine and the fault started there. Unplug it and it goes away. The controller is like a joy stick but some of ate axis you ccan leave the stick in a position that must have a alue on it.

Thanks for the help guys, great to be able to get support.

The throttle shows up in windows as the z-axis usually. If you leave the throttle all the way open, it will think you are pressing that direction when you start up. There may be other things that do it, but I've noticed this in GameEx on my racing cab (the pedals are x- and y-axis for a hacked game pad). As a result, I disabled joystick input (otherwise it would race up/down the list for no apparent reason).
