Hey all, just registered game ex and I'm a long time mame user looking to set up a media center of sorts through a 28 inch widescreen tv. Before I embark on a million different set ups I was hoping somebody could suggest a 'standard' tv setup ie what resolution to set game ex at?

Im running a hp pavilion dv8000 laptop with 1440 x 900 resolution.

Thanks!

Check out Night's page. It has a TON of themes including the wide screen ones. If you go to the main page, there is a link to 'Themes' that will take you right there!

I don't think there's anything special needed to make it work. I run GameEx on 3 machines (well, it's installed on 3...2 never get turned on anymore :( and the 3rd is the machine used to test setups). I have 1 LCD, 1 PC CRT, and 1 TV CRT. They are all pretty much set up the same except for the resolution (SDTV is only ~640x480 vs 1024x768 used on the other 2).
