Every time I start GameEx I am given the opportunity to upgrade which I do but I never get upgraded. I tried a manual upgrade but still not upgraded.

I haven't had much luck either with the upgrade lately. Best is to just download the newest version from the main page and install over your previous version.

I did and I have the same results. I keep getting pompted for an upgrade. I checked and I am still at version 9.27.

Yes, sorry, it seems I uploaded the wrong version somehow. Will be fixed in about 10 minutes. Although yourll have to update again.
