avisnap Question

Im doing my avisnaps,I using Avi,Everything is working great,but beside my videosnap on the GameEx screen

is (In green letters)

Current frame

cpu usage

Input size

output size

My framerate is 29.976

My bitrate is 4000Kbps

The only video code I could get to wokk was

Xvid and avi

Im using alive video convertor

Is there a way I can get rid of the Green letter crap?

Sounds like the video converter software is overlaying info to your videos. I would take a look at the options in that program, it is probably something you can turn off.

I downloaded my videos from emumovis.com(mame120sq)

then I transfered them with filezilla.

This morning the avisnaps played but they kept freezing

But they didnt have stat codes on them

So then I used alive video converter on them(I could only get avi and xivd to work,they looked great except

for the overlay on them.

So then I went back to the files I downloaded last night,Now they run great but they still have the green overlay

on them.I have no ideal what to change.

I believe you have OSD turned on in the ffdshow codec. Go to your start menu and find the ffdshow configuration application. See the screenshot on how to turn it off.

Yes Sir that took it off,But it freezes up just a bit,Iwent into adv config and turned the soud off but it still

does it.Im going to try this with xvid and see what that does.

The xvid file play great and had good sound,the files are larger and take longer to convert

and the picture is a little smaller,but I can live with it

Ill convert them while I sleep!!

Ive got to get this all ready for when my DreamAuthentics Cabinet gets here.
