• Fixed: Error running mame
  -help at startup
• New setting to not show the
  MAME Zinc/Playstation list
• Menu transitions slightly
  enhanced. If you don't like them let me know and
  ill make them an option.
• Tidied Random game a little.
• Added another 5 emulators to
  the config app.

I think the the only thing I love more about this community than the helpfulness of its members is the regularity of updates. Good show sir!

EDIT: Nice transitions! Just thought, maybe you could have an option to switch between the two styles of transition, or turn them off?

If anyone distinctly dislikes the new transations over the old ones even over time, please post and ill add an option. Post here.

would definately like an option for old style transitions please, i personally prefer the old "2d" style

edit: also if you could add some control over transition speed that would be neat?

Oh, I knew I forget something in the release notes. That was fixed. Wait until 4.89 though 4.88 is a buggy.

IMHO FWIW the new transitions would be ok if:

1) they're filtered

2) the new menus slides in from the back at the same time as the old goes out

3) you reverse the transition direction when backing up through menus

probably not worth it
