Custom home screen..

I was wondering if there is any way to change the home screen where it gives you the options for MAME, EMulated games etc.. what I want it to have is jsut the list of my emulated games.. ex MAME,NES,SNES.. etc

Try the "use flat menus" option in display settings

That is kinda what I want but not really.. it clutters to much... is there a ini or something somewhere i can modify?

If you turn on flat menus and then turn off each of the MAME submenu items except for All Games I think you can get the setup your looking for. There isn't an ini that lets you completely customize the start page that I know of.

Here is how I have mine setup (which sounds like the kind of thing you are going for unless I misunderstood you).

In advanced config:

Advanced Mame options to turn off the mame submenus

Enable/Disable features for other menus

Text/Language if you want to change the text displayed (Like changing All Mame Games to just MAME or Arcade Games etc.)

The "sub menus" are the listings like "CPS" and "Neo Geo". If you go launch the Setup Wizards and search for CPS, you should be able to get there quickly. Just disable everything except "All MAME Games" like Smocca said and you should be golden!
