How do you save in WINUAELoader?

I'm playing swos and having difficulty getting career mode to work. I'm wondering if I need to address the save issue to get it to work.

How do you save in WINUAELoader? With standard WINUAE it was F12 and put blank disk into DFO. However I am using Loader so as to avoid exiting the game to save.
