Menus are ugly

hey why are my menus like this (The big white bit) any way how can i fix this it was never like this untill i had to format my computer

also you may notice that the font is messed up as well

I can't see enough detail to see what you are talking about. Try attaching the image directly to the post. It will show up if it's a jpg for sure.

Is this a problem with the menu on that particular theme? Your text is set to white and it looks like some other things have been tinkered with... You really ought to try a different theme.

Yeah, it really looks to me like you were trying to customize the theme (which isn't a problem). When I tried the Alpha themes, they all looked correct, so I would definitely try one of the default themes and make sure it's not just related to that one.

It could also be related to telling GameEx to use a larger font size. I think I've seen that happen before when someone was running at a high resolution and told GameEx to use the extra large font size. When he switched to using a lower resolution (like 800x600), the fonts automatically were larger and looked correct without adjusting font size.

The font is displaying as it should; i think the problem is the 'unselected.png' is not displaying correctly.

My advice would be to reinstall the theme, it looks like you may have modified or deleted stuff by accident, as you are also missing the 'arrow up' button aswell.

For your info, font issues should be better in latest release of GameEx

Also the arrow thing thats to do with the latest release too. It only displays arrows now if the page can be scrolled. Supposed to make things more inuitive.
